The client came to us in need of a cost-effective Mac-compatible method for tracking the rentals of various pieces of equipment.

Solution
We were able to build a customized workbook which allowed the client to see at a glance when any given piece of equipment was rented and whether it was booked for the full day or just a few hours. In addition, we built in functionality that allowed the client to access individual rental agreement directly from the calendar.

The client now has a seamless calendar that automatically updates each year and allows them to appropriately manage all of their daily and hourly rental equipment along with all of the nuances of their business. This also gives them direct access to pertinent customer information and data as desired.
