The client required an overhaul and expansion of their current web-based Social Media Scorecard document in order to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of social media reporting.
Solution
Solution
We enhanced back-end data sheets by correcting various formulas and increased processing speed by removing unnecessary functions. We also re-designed the weekly and monthly scorecards based on the client’s preferences and created a new quarterly and fiscal YTD scorecard to enhance reporting capabilities. Along the way, we were able to add new functionality and migrate the data and scorecards to a more stable platform.

Benefit
At the end of each reporting period (week, month, and quarter), the client simply enters the raw data for each platform and the applicable scorecards automatically calculate and update along with the applicable charts and graphs.
