Our goal was to create a “zero-touch” pipeline. Here is how we integrated four powerful tools into a single, seamless pipeline:
- Capture: Invoices are saved to a secure Google Drive folder as PDFs or images
- Extract (Lido): Using AI-driven logic, identifies and extracts line items, dates, and currency amounts with great accuracy.
- Process: The structured data is synced to a Google Sheet, where our custom scripts perform validation and formatting.
- Visualize: The data is pulled into a high-fidelity dashboard in Looker Studio, providing a “Command Center” view of total spend, supplier trends, and average invoice values.
