It’s almost Halloween, which means the Excel Rain Man has a few To Do’s for you my friend:

4. Go see “This is it”… because MJ is still the greatest
5. Learn how to Moonwalk (see No. 4 above)

1. Mac classes have arrived!!!

I believe Mark Morrison said it best in his 1996 “smash” hit, “Return of the Mack”

That’s right everyone, the Excel Rain Team is now offering Excel for Mac tutorials!

In addition to offering custom Excel Webinars for anyone anywhere, Excel Rain Man also offers on-site Excel classes for you and your friends, classmates or co-workers… Whether it’s in Manhattan, Pittsburgh, Baltimore… you name it!
Our classes are a quick and dare I say, fun way to get your spreadsheets flowin’.

So here is the scoop: Your class will be “proctored” by Ninjas, Divas, and Super Heroes of the Excel Universe (its a fairly small but data-rich universe). We have all been in the working world using Excel in real life situations. We know the annoying requests that you get from your boss… and we know how to do them better and more importantly, FASTER!

Classes are based on selected topics from our “a la carte” menu OR you can let us know more generally what you are looking for. We can also cater to specific class needs as necessary. All classes include pdf handouts and spreadsheet practice materials.

In addition to the formal training session, we also offer a Spreadsheet Assessment where we go through the spreadsheet(s) that you or your company use day-to-day and walk through suggestions for potential improvements.

Our classes are interactive as we believe this prevents people from dozing off somewhere between “freeze-panes” and “pivot tables”… questions are encouraged throughout.

Materials Include:

Excel Exercises: We provide plenty of examples that will be used throughout the Class, which can also be used as a great reference tool after the class. Feel free to send us some of the spreadsheets that are making you an Excel-HATER and we will be more than willing to create a few custom exercises for you!
Tips & Tricks Handouts: These handouts will be used during the Webinar and will also serve as a handy “how-to” for your future reference. Be green… No need to print this doc! Save it on your desktop and when you need a little help… just “Control F” (“Command F” for all you Macadamias) and find it!
