Unzip Files
Quick “how to” for when you get a zip file:
Save the zip file in a memorable directory on your computer (Desktop or My Documents).
Find the zip file that you saved, right click on it and select Extract All… from the menu:
Select where you would like to save the extracted files in the pop-up. If you like the location that automatically appears in the text box, then just click Extract. Otherwise, click Browse and find a new location for your extracted files and then click Select Folder and Extract.
Make sure Show extracted files when complete is selected.
Now your files are extracted to the directory you have chosen. Your extracted directory will pop-up containing any zipped files.
